We offer free ground shipping in Europe. See approximate shipping times below upon fulfillment. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. The delivery time is not binding.

UPS delivers between 8 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. If you place the order after 12 pm (noon) your order may be dispatched the following working day. The delivery times are given as a rough guide and may be subject to change. If you have not received your order within the indicated time, please contact us or DHL with the tracking number we emailed you when your parcel was dispatched. After three unsuccessfull delivery attempts, the parcel is automatically sent back to us. In case the delivery address was wrong, the costs for a new shipment are at the private's client expense.
Please note that delivery to non-EU countries and some islands may cause additional costs (customs etc...) which are at the private client's expense.
Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Baby Tula. We strive to offer the highest quality products for caregivers and their babies. If you are experiencing difficulty using your Baby Tula product or have questions, please contact us prior to returning so we can assist you by emailing.
If you’ve purchased Baby Tula products from one of our authorized retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
Items purchased directly from Baby Tula are returnable within 30 days, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to return a product.
1. Right to Cancel:
You may cancel your purchase in writing (letter, fax or email) within 30 days with no requirement to justify your decision, or by returning the item, if it has already been shipped to you. The time period begins upon receipt of this written notification of the customer’s right to cancel. Timely written request for cancellation or return of the item are all that is necessary to meet the cancellation period requirements. Customer cancellations should be sent to:

Returns must be returned prepaid. For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Baby Tula is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Once the original item(s) are received at Baby Tula, you will receive your refund through the same payment method you have used when placing your order (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow two weeks for Baby Tula to refund your payment upon receipt.
2. Consequences of cancellation:
In case of effective cancellation, all services provided to both parties must be paid in full. If the service provided in part or in full cannot be returned, or if it can only be returned in a damaged state, Baby Tula must be compensated as appropriate. This condition does not apply to items if the damage is due exclusively to their inspection – similar to the product inspection in a sales site. You can also avoid having to reimburse any damage to the product by following the usage instructions and treating it as if it were not your property, in addition to refraining from doing anything that could decrease its value. The items that can be sent as a package can be returned at our risk. If the products delivered are those ordered and if the price of the returned item is less than 40GBP or if at the time of cancellation, the item with the greatest value has not been paid for or the contractually established payment period has not been respected, the cost of return is paid by you. In all other cases, the return is free of charge. Any payment returned will be refunded within two weeks. For you, the period begins when you send notice of cancellation or return the item; for us, it begins when we receive it.

Limited Two-Year Warranty
All carriers, including Tula Baby/Toddler Carriers, Ring Slings, and Wrap Conversion Carriers have a two-year warranty against manufacturing flaws. In the rare instance in which there is a manufacturing issue or flaw, we will work with you to provide you with a refund. Our products are handmade and may have slight variations that do not affect their use or safety. Normal wear, fabric fading, minor size differences, common/normal wrap nubs or flaws, and sewing varieties are not considered manufacturing flaws and are not covered under the warranty. We are not responsible for warranty coverage if the product has been altered in any way. The term “altered” is defined as including, without limit, dyeing, painting, embroidery, and fabric additions or removals made after purchase. We are also not responsible for warranty coverage for any item that has been purchased secondhand.
