No cancellations or changes can be made to orders. Before placing your order, please double-check your purchase and shipping address. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel.

- Replacement buckles ship for free with the Standard postal service

Returns
EXTENDED RETURN POLICY
You may request the return of a product within 30 days of receipt under your legal right of withdrawal. In addition to this statutory right, for products purchased between 1 December and 31 December 2024, Tula offers an extended return period. You may return these products until 31 January 2025, or 30 days after receipt, whichever is later. Refunds will cover the product price; delivery costs are not refundable.

Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Baby Tula. We strive to offer the highest quality products for caregivers and their babies. If you are experiencing difficulty using your Baby Tula product or have questions, please contact us prior to returning so we can assist you.
If you’ve purchased Baby Tula products from one of our authorized retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
Items purchased directly from Baby Tula are returnable within 30 days, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging.

Limited Two-Year Warranty
All Tula Baby Carriers and Ring Slings have a two-year warranty against manufacturing flaws. In the rare instance in which there is a manufacturing issue or flaw, we will work with you to provide you with a refund. Our products are handmade and may have slight variations that do not affect their use or safety. Normal wear, fabric fading, minor size differences, common/normal wrap nubs or flaws, and sewing varieties are not considered manufacturing flaws and are not covered under the warranty. We are not responsible for warranty coverage if the product has been altered in any way. The term “altered” is defined as including, without limit, dyeing, painting, embroidery, and fabric additions or removals made after purchase. We are also not responsible for warranty coverage for any item that has been purchased secondhand.
