Straps don’t match photo + awful customer service
"I’ve ordered two carriers now and both have arrived with white straps instead of the black straps shows on the website and order confirmation I received. Their customer service number has never rang through and instead gives the automatic message that the lines are too busy (I’ve tried countless times so I believe it’s just an unmanned number). Not a single apology or accountability in the emails I have sent -just a “thank you for your email”. As new parents it’s hard to go back and forth to the post office for THEIR mistake."
