Now, my kid is here and I just started using the carrier here and there. My baby likes to take a nap while he is in the carrier. The instructions are clear and putting on the carrier and adjusting it is easy. I recommend."

my first tula was the explorer and i love it!
"i've tried baby carriers from other popular brands, but i still find myself coming back for Tula. It's well designed and durable. The explorer is still in good shape except that the large buckle is broken, and elastics are loose now. we have heavily used it for 3 years. now, we're back for free to grow!"

"Have used the Carrier for 5months now. Very comfortable for me and my baby. One star less because this carrier doesn’t come with lumbar support. Also, the website does not even suggest to add a lumbar support during check out. I had back pain initially while using this carrier. I had to order the lumbar support separately later with extra shipping charge for it. Hope Tula adds lumbar support for all carriers (not just the explore)."

- Do I need to get the infant insert? My baby is only 3 weeks old
- The Free-to-Grow carrier "grows" with your little one from 7 - 45 pounds and does not require an infant insert.
- Hello 👋 Can the model free to grow with Stay cool mesh carrier panel to be used both with baby position facing me and facing away?
- The Free-to-Grow Baby Tula Carrier is not designed to be worn with baby in an outward-facing position. If you would like a carrier with the option to forward face, we'd recommend our Explore Tula Baby Carrier that allows baby to face in, face out, and be worn in a back carry.
- Does the carrier already come with the sun hood or do you need to order one separately?
- All of our Baby Tula carriers comes with a sleep/sun hood, including the Coast Land Before Free-to-Grow Carrier.

- Thank you for reaching out to Baby Tula! The Tula Explore Carrier is our first and only carrier at this time that allows you to use it in an ergonomic front-facing position. The Explore Carrier can also be used in the back carry position. It is important that your child have good head control and can sit on their own before attempting a back carry. We do not recommend back carrying your child until they have strong and consistent head, neck, and torso control, and can push him or herself independently into, and remain in, a seated position on a consistent basis.
